This was a two story room addition in the south park area.We had to demo the existing roof system.Add new beams and floor joists.Build a new second story master bedroom,bath,closet.Second floor deck with wrought iron rail and tile deck.

This was what the home looked like before start of construction.

We added a new master bath with tiled soaking tub, tile shower with glass shower walls, double vanity with full length mirror. In the back round is the walkin master closet with pocket door.

The front entry room was opened up, new wood beams added, all the existing windows were replaced and the wood floors were refinished.

We took advantage of the great view by adding a tiled deck off the new master bedroom with decorative wrought iron railing.

The front has a much different look making it look more Spanish with new white stucco and dark windows and front door for contrast.

Coming up the new stairs with beautiful hand rail, the wrought iron matches deck rail, we have a nice area for living or game room.

We added the stairs in the back of the dinning room. The wood hand rail stain matches the floors for nice flow. Added a door under stairs for storage and made new arches to keep with the Spanish look.

This is the look coming in from the new front entry. We removed some existing walls to give a much larger opening.

Three R Builders totally change this home. About the only thing left was the existing kitchen.
